  2. After resting, squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Step 2: Mix Everything Together

  1. In a bowl, combine the strained cucumber with Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, and minced garlic.

  2. Stir well and add your choice of fresh herbs for extra flavor.

  3. Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
